What do you need from me to put together an accurate quote?
When you get in touch with MCM Building & Construction, I’ll start with a site meeting so I can measure up and get a proper feel for the job.
For bigger projects like extensions, I may also need any existing plans or engineering you have, but for most jobs, the detailed scope of work I write up after that first visit is enough to quote from.
What happens after I accept a quote?
Once you accept, I’ll confirm the timeline — start and finish dates, and if you need to move out during a renovation.
I’ll send through a contract to sign, arrange the appropriate insurances, and usually ask for a deposit to begin ordering materials. From there, your job is ready to start.
