Avondale Project –
Full House Renovation

This was about as extensive as a renovation can be without extending the footprint of the home. We enclosed the garage to create a new bedroom, a bigger laundry and a second living area to accommodate this expanding family.

We raced against the clock in an attempt to beat baby #3 during the build. All new windows and doors throughout, some walls removed to create more open-plan living, all new kitchen with walk-in pantry. New ensuite and walk-in robe for the master bedroom and a new main bathroom.

New floating floorboards throughout the whole house, with some external works to add some finishing touches – a new carport out the front and a flyover roof out the back to create a large open outdoor entertainment area.

Banora Point Project – Full House Renovation & Extension

The Banora Point project involved a significant transformation of a previously unrenovated 1970s residence, infusing it with a much-desired coastal Hamptons aesthetic. Our extensive renovation left no detail overlooked, including the conversion of the garage into an additional living and entertaining space, complemented by a new carport. The enlarged deck, now protected by a gable roof, provides an inviting outdoor area to appreciate the stunning views, while the refreshed bagging and paint have revitalised the home’s exterior.

Enhancements included the addition of an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe in the main bedroom, along with the removal of several internal walls to establish a spacious open-plan living and dining area featuring a modern kitchen. We replaced the outdated spiral staircase and upgraded the bathroom, laundry, and powder rooms. With entirely new windows and doors, along with floating floorboards and new carpeting throughout, the residence feels remarkably transformed.
